What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is simply being more aware. Awareness is key. If we aren’t aware we can’t make changes. If we don’t make changes we can’t improve.
Mindfulness creates awareness of our thoughts. Our thoughts influence how we feel. How we feel influences our actions, and actions repeated over time become our habits. Our habits ultimately determine who we become and what we accomplish. Awareness is key.
