We’re always telling kids they need to work hard and put in the time. They have to make sacrifices. If they want something they’ve never had they have to do something they’ve never done. But, what does that really look like? We have to paint a picture for them and model the behavior. And, if possible, tell stories about authentic role models that they can look up to.
