Leadership is often a trait first brought up when describing great point guards and coaches. They all have the ability to lead, make their teammates/players better and put them in positions to be successful.
But, what most people miss is that we cannot expect someone to be a leader unless they can truly lead themselves. Can they uphold their own values and principles — and demonstrate them consistently —before asking someone else to follow in their lead?
At each event this spring, through practical mindfulness exercises we’ll teach you the skills you need to lead yourself, and ultimately your team next season. It all starts with awareness and that awareness starts with you.
Drawing on the latest research from psychology, personal challenges and basketball experience we’ll teach you how to:
- Play or Coach With More Flow
- View Pressure As An Opportunity
- Focus On The Process Over The Outcome
