As a basketball player it is crucial that you can handle the basketball under pressure. One way great guards do this is by utilizing the “glide dribble”. A couple teaching points for using the dribble:
1. Keep Your Chin On Your Shoulder
2. Keep The Ball Behind Your Back Foot
3. Change up your pace using a sprint dribble back into your glide.
