2 Balls, Tennis Balls and Medicine Balls, by Mike Lee

We have all these great “tools” that we add to our workouts which can increase the learning curve and development of our ball handling, ball quickness, dribbling, and reaction.

While I think it is great to vary your ball handling workout using these “tools” I think it’s crucial that you still mix in some game speed one ball drills.  I rarely see a player who can go full speed and change direction in the open court.  If all you are working on is 2 Ball or Tennis Ball Stationary drills how do you expect to be able to go full speed with one ball?
